order this item along with few others mid april, took more then a month for the package to arrive. product was fine and great, but service was terrible, no email replies and no return text/phone calls.

Hi! the reason it took long was because you had ordered items that were on PRE-SALE. Pre-Sale means it will ship when it comes in, and unfortunately it came in a long time after you ordered. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that any future PRE-SALE products will ship faster than in April.
