Tracking Packages:
We are excited to announce that we have upgraded our
shipping solution! Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will a)
receive multiple emails and updates with your tracking codes, b) tracking codes
are posted and available within our order history when you login to our
website. To receive such benefits we recommend that you create
an account with us before you place an order if you have not already done
so.
On average, orders take up to 3 business days to process but can take up to 7 business days to completely ship from our facility to your delivery address. Processing times do not include shipping. For example: selecting "Priority Mail: 1 - 3 Business Days" does not necessarily mean your order will always arrive in 1 business day although in some cases it will (Southern California residents) Please factor in 24 to 48 hours of additional handling time.
We fill orders 7-days a week but not on holidays. All estimated shipping and processing times
are in business days (M-F). United States Postal Service (USPS) does not
deliver on Sundays but we still fill your orders so that it is processed Monday
morning.
We ship Internationally (Worldwide) and all shipping concerns
mentioned above also apply to those orders with the exception that it
may take anywhere from 7 to 10 additional business days to ship
internationally whether First Class or Priority Mail is chosen. At this
time, shipping rates are
based on the USPS weight table so we charge based on the weight of your
package.
This is the fair method and do not charge ridiculous shipping charges
like the
competitors.
The images below depict Shipping Times that the Post
Office needs to deliver... it does not include the 24 to 48 hours to build your
order (e.g. custom glove sets, orbits, etc.). Also, please factor in
holidays, bad weather, and unemployment rates at the Post Office. These have
been known to delay packages even longer. We apologize on their behalf but we
work fast and hard to get it done in 24 to 48 hours.
Due to the nature of the items, there are NO REFUNDS.
Exchanges for defective items are acceptable. Please see Refund
