On average, orders take up to 3 business days to process but can take up to 7
business days to completely ship from our facility to your delivery address. Processing times do not include shipping. For
example: selecting "Priority Mail: 1 - 3 Business Days" does not
necessarily mean your order will always arrive in 1 business day although in
some cases it will (Southern California residents) Factor in 24 to 48 hours of
additional handling time.
Backordered items will be noted on your included receipt with your order and
instructions on how to proceed.
We are not open on the weekends. All estimated shipping and processing times
are in business days (M-F). USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
Yes! We ship Internationally (Worldwide) and all shipping concerns mentioned above also apply to those orders with the exception that it
may take anywhere from 7 to 10 additional business days to ship internationally whether First Class or Priority Mail is chosen. At this time, shipping rates are
based on the USPS weight table so we charge based on the weight of your package.
This is the fair method and do not charge ridiculous shipping charges like the
competitors.
